Q.  If I have a question about a product or my order, how can I contact you?

Q.  When will you ship my order and when can I expect to receive it?

A.  We usually ship your order out within 48 hours for in stock items.   We will ship your order 1st class mail and it should be received within 5-7 business days depending where within the US you live. Priority Mail is 3-4 day delivery for the same package.   By using the Post Office we are able to have our customers receive packages even on Saturday.

Q.  What if I receive an item that is damaged?

A.  We have a ten day return policy for any damaged item.   A replacement will be sent out as soon as the damaged item is received.  The item must be returned in our shipping box or a similar one to prevent further damage.   (NO ENVELOPES!)

Q.  What is your return policy?

A.  We have a ten day return policy if you are not satisfied with  your purchase.   Please send your item back in its original packaging to the address:

Please include order # and name in which order was placed.   Shipping charges to and from will not be refunded and there will be a 10% restocking fee.

Q.  I don't have a credit card.   How do I order?

A.  Unfortunately, we only take credit cards at this time.  We also accept Paypal as a form of payment.  If you do not have a Paypal account, you can set one up at www.Paypal.com.  It is quick, easy and secure.

Q.  I have never ordered online before, is this website secure?

A.  Our secure server encrypts all payment information that you transmit to us while using our site.   We use the latest 128-bit encryption technology to keep your personal information safe.  The encryption process takes all of the personal information and converts it into code that is securely transmitted over the Internet.   The entire checkout process is secure and is transmitted over the Internet on a 100% secure connection.

Q.  Do you have a store where I can pick up my order?

A.  We do not maintain a store location.   Our business is primarily online which allows us to keep overhead to a minimum.   While we do maintain offices, our products ship from a central warehouse which is not equipped to handle customers directly.   This enables us to keep costs down which is reflected in our prices.

Q.  What materials are the jewelry made of?

A.  All fashion jewelry is silver, copper, gold or rhodium plated, unless otherwise stated.   All stones are synthetic, imitation, or made with a non-precious material unless otherwise stated.

Q.  What is rhodium and what does rhodium plating mean?

A.  Rhodium is a member of the platinum metals group.  Rhodium plating is used to create a bright protective finish.   It is one of the few "white" metals that will remain bright and reflective.  Since some of rhodium's physical characteristics are hardness and high reflectivity,  it is used to keep your pieces scratch resistant, bright and attractive for years.
